Energy Wood Grab (DDinnoKK 200)
The Energy Wood Grab (DDinnoKK 200) is designed for 2-7 ton excavators. The jaw geometry has a D200mm opening for wood. The grab's blade plate components is made of S10mm Hardox steel. Other components are made of S355 structural steel. The grab weighs approximately 150kg.
The plate components are laser-cut for precision, allowing for accurate alignment of parts using locating pins. All turned components of the grapple
are made from commercially available IKH pre-fabricated blanks, making it possible to manufacture the grab without a metal lathe.
The DDinnoKK 200 is functionally very similar to its larger sibling, the DDinnoKK 300. The construction can be studied in detail in the manufacturing drawings at the end of this page.
